Getting Started

I've always had tiny kitchens with space at an absolute premium. This is what I call my "pantry" and currently holds my loose ingredients, although my herbs and spices are in the cabinet above. Also to the right are my oils and vinegars, at least the ones that are used on a daily basis.

Today I bought a digital camera which I believe means that I no longer have an excuse not to get started on this blog. Not that I want it all to be about food, but that is a major factor in my life.
